Liquidation pallets are bulk lots of merchandise that may include overstock items, customer returns, shelf pulls, or excess retail inventory sold at discounted wholesale prices.

What condition are the items in?
Pallets may include new items, open box products, customer returns, or mixed-condition goods. Product details vary and are listed in each product description.
Can I choose specific items inside a pallet?
No. Most pallets are pre-packed and sold as listed unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes. We ship to both residential and commercial locations. Freight deliveries may require someone to be available to receive the shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Due to the liquidation nature of our products, most sales are final. Returns are only accepted for incorrect orders, missing items, or shipments that arrive severely damaged.
