• take clear photos of packaging and items
• report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for claims.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact our support team immediately with:

Incorrect Shipping Information
